The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) collects data from each state for an Annual Report to Congress.  These reports currently include:

Data about complaints is including in each Annual Performance Report and hearing decisions are posted on Birth23.org

As part of the Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) focused monitoring of states, states have been ranked according to some of this data.  For Part C, the two areas in which states were ranked include the percent of children served under the age of one and the percent of children who received services primarily in natural settings.
