Program Self Assessment
Each program is required to complete a self-assessment on a regular basis. This process results in improvement plans with timelines for correction. Formerly known as the "Biennial Performance Report" or BPR a new system is being designed that will be web-based. It is part of the Connecticut Birth to Three Data System - Service Providers Information Data Enrollment and Reporting (SPIDER) as the Monitoring and Accountability Network (SPIDER-MAN).
