Local Interagency Councils
Connecticut's LICCs are independent regional partnerships of families of young children who may have delays or disabilities or health-related concerns, and members of local community groups. This includes early intervention providers, child care providers, the medical community, local public school systems, regional offices of state agencies, and other community groups who support families of young children.
LICCs are established in:
Danbury
Lower Fairfield County
and
Torrington
