Connecticut Birth to Three Enrollment Reports

FY12 First of Month Report - a count by program of children with IFSPs on the 1st of each month.  The number of children enrolled on July 1 of each year is used for fiscal purposes to group programs by size as of that date.  The groups are as follows:
Small Programs: 0-50              Medium Programs: 51-140               Large Programs: 141 or more.

Current FY Referrals - an Excel file listing all referrals by Program, Town, Month and Year with a pivot table for analysis that is updated as of the 1st and 15th of each month.   Download this file to save your pivots.  Scroll down to view previous fiscal years.
