As of November 2012 a new data collection process established by the US Department of Education.  As a result the reports have changed.

The number of all eligible children with IFSPs on December 1 by age groupings/gender (Table 1 A & B),
The cumulative number of children with IFSPs during a 12 month period (Table 1D)
The types of settings in which children and families receive Birth to Three services and supports by age groupings (Table 2A)
The types of settings in which children and families receive Birth to Three services and supports by race/ ethnicity (Table 2B)

All four are now in this one report made available by April each year (pdf):
