Parent Fees / Other Family Costs
The cost of the Birth to Three system is almost entirely covered by state and federal dollars. To offset some of the cost to the state, Birth to Three bills insurance and families that make $45,000 or more participate by paying monthly fees based on a sliding scale. Families help the state to continue to provide supports and services to all families of eligible children.
