Service Coordination: IFSP Training Module    (Course ID# 1064866)

This module is approximately 30 minutes in length and is accessed on the CT. TRAIN site.  This will allow the learner to set up a personal account with record of all online courses completed, as well as the ability to print contact hours certificates.  When initially setting up your profile PLEASE TYPE IN YOUR AGENCY’S NAME when filling in your Organization.   Once logged in, enter the course ID # 1064866 in the search box.  Click on “Registration” and “Launch” the course.  Preferred browser Internet Explorer.  For issues signing onto CT TRAIN contact danny.white@ct.gov or at 860-509-7557.

At the conclusion of the quiz:

1. Click on the “email results” button
2. Click “allowfor the program to finalize and send results (results have not been sent until this step is complete).
If you encounter problems emailing results, the results page can be printed as proof of passing.
If you did not pass on the first attempt, please return to the quiz link and retake until you have proof of a passing grade.
