The Annual Performance Report (APR) is updated each year and report's how Connecticut's early intervention system has progressed toward the targets set for each indicator in the State Performance Plan  

State Performance Plan (SPP)

The State Performance Plan (SPP) originally completed on December 01, 2005 and revised each year documents how Connecticut will address each of the 14 early intervention indicators as required in the I.D.E.A.
Public Reporting of APR data

As required by Section 616 of the IDEA, the Annual Performance Report (APR) data is reported by Early Intervention Program.
