Automatic Eligibility Updates effective October 1, 2021

The CT Birth to Three System has updated the diagnosed conditions list for automatic eligibility in an effort to better align with the Division for Early Childhood (DEC) Position Statement on Low Birth Weight, Prematurity and Early Intervention for best practice. Effective October 1, 2021, children born under 32 weeks gestation and/or weighing less than 1500 grams are automatically eligible for early intervention supports in CT.
