- Tuesday, April 16, 2018 from 10 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Office of Early Childhood, 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT, 06103-1835 in Meeting Room I on the Plaza level of the Grasso, North Tower
