Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD) is an often overlooked and under-diagnosed condition with serious developmental implications that confers automatic eligibility for IDEA Part C, Connecticut Birth to Three System supports.  Learn more from Dr. Carol Cohen Weitzman, Yale School of Medicine and State ICC member, and colleagues from across the state:
