Draft Part C Application Available for Comment

Each year Connecticut submits an application to the US Department of Education (ED) Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP) for about $4M in funding to support the administration of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA Part C).

Written comment on the draft application must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, April 24, 2020. Comments should be sent to the attention of Alice E. Two public hearings concerning the proposed application will be held as follows:
- Monday, April 6, 2020 from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Beacon Health Options, Suite 3D 3rd Floor, 500 Enterprise Drive, Rocky Hill, CT 06067
- Wednesday, April 8, 2020 from 11 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Office of Early Childhood, 450 Columbus Boulevard, Hartford, CT, 06103 in Meeting Room A on the second floor of the North/Grasso Tower.
