New MOU with BESB-DORS

The CT Office of Early Childhood and the Board of Education and Services for the Blind, Dept. of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) recently established a Memorandum of Understanding to collaborate supports for families of children who have confirmed visual impairment, legal blindness, or are deaf/blind.
