High quality early childhood programs establish collaborative, two-way relationships with families. This leads to program improvement and better outcomes for children and families. In that vein, OEC believes that it is critical to establish forums for ongoing, accessible conversations with the early childhood community to enhance our agency service and outcomes. This webinar is an important first step toward this goal.
Commissioner Beth Bye will share key updates and information about OEC initiatives and partnerships with sister state agencies. The webinar will cover several topics including: early care and education, Care 4 Kids, workforce development, legal issues, licensing, home visiting, and Birth to Three. The OEC team will set aside at least half the time for comments and questions from webinar participants. Participants will be able to submit questions using the webinar chat feature.
