This training will introduce the use of the FLIP IT strategy to work through conflict with staff, with the parents and families of children in your care, and even with yourself. What was originally created for use with young children (3-8 years old) can now be adapted for use with adults. Participants will learn how FLIP IT can become a go-to strategy that will create healthy habits for coping and problem-solving during challenging moments.
We also have some really wonderful content on the topic of adult resilience. This content would be great for those who participate in the training but also content that they can use with child care providers/families.

Please ensure you register for the ZOOM link at the same time you register for the Protraxx class. Only those who do both and attend the complete training will have their attendance recording in Protraxx (Devereux will supply the attendance report to the LA). Others that attend a portion of the training or who attended via ZOOM without registering in Protraxx prior to the training can chose to track their continuing education according to their license or certification requirements.
