Required no later than one week prior to in-person training: registration for the service coordination class and the service coordination prerequisites class completion of CT Birth to Three Initial Training badge (may require 1-2 days to reflect badge awarded but don’t worry submissions are dated) completion of service coordination perquisite badge (may require 1-2 days to reflect badge awarded but don’t worry submissions are dated!) upload completed, signed attestation of observation to prerequisite course Attestation of Observation Form✎ Periodically monitor the email associated with Protraxx and the grade book associated with the Prerequisite Course for communications. Registrants will remain pending until the receipt and verification of prerequisite submissions prior to submission deadline.
