CADRE created this online foundational course to increase the capacity of Parent Center staff and others who support families of children with disabilities to effectively empower families to engage in the Individual Education Program (IEP) or Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) process and resolve conflicts as they arise. This course provides easy access to the most relevant CADRE resources under each topic to expand one’s learning. Knowledge checks and practice scenarios are embedded throughout to help reinforce learning and provide feedback in a low-stress environment.
