HALE YMCA YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER – Healthy Kids Day Saturday April 18th

Good afternoon Community Vendors,

Thank you for participating in our Healthy Kids Day community event on Saturday, April 18th. We are excited to have you join us at the Hale YMCA Youth and Family Center, located at 9 Technology Park Drive, Putnam, CT 06260.

The event will take place from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and we are expecting over 100 children and families to attend.

Vendor setup will begin at 10:00 AM. Please arrive at the front entrance of the YMCA to unload, where I will be available to greet you and direct you to your designated space. Volunteers will also be on hand to assist with unloading and parking if needed.

After unloading, we kindly ask that you park in the overflow lot across the street. Volunteers will be available to guide you.

Please note the following:

  • Bring a valid ID and your completed liability waiver. (below)
  • Vendors are responsible for bringing their own tables and chairs.
  • Wi-Fi is available; network access details are as follows:
    Network: YMCA Password: YMCAwifi123
  • You are welcome to distribute materials at your table or contribute items for the family giveaway bags.

As part of the event, families will receive a “passport” to visit each vendor. We ask that you mark their passport when they stop by your table.

Below, you will find our event flyer and social media graphic. We encourage you to share these materials with your networks and help spread the word. You may also share the event directly from the Hale YMCA Facebook page.

Thank you again for being part of Healthy Kids Day. We truly appreciate your participation and look forward to showcasing the wonderful resources available in our community.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Have a great day,
