From Devereux: This training will introduce the use of the FLIP IT strategy to work through conflict with staff, with the parents and families of children in your care, and even with yourself. What was originally created for use with young children (3-8 years old) can now be adapted for use with adults. Participants will learn how FLIP IT can become a go-to strategy that will create healthy habits for coping and problem-solving during challenging moments. We also have some really wonderful content on the topic of adult resilience. This content would be great for those who participate in the training but also content that they can use with child care providers/families.
