The Next ICC Meeting
Formal meetings must be held at least four times per year per Part C law. The Connecticut ICC has elected to meet every other month on a Monday unless otherwise noted. Please join us!

Next ICC meeting will be held on January 26, 2026, from 9:00AM to 3:00PM and will be held in person. The meeting will be held at 450 Columbus Blvd., Hartford, CT in Plaza North Meeting Room D. Please let security know that you are attending the Office of Early Childhood’s Birth to Three Interagency Coordinating Council (ICC) Meeting. Driving and parking instructions will be posted closer to the meeting.
Agenda: To be posted within 7 days of the meeting.
All ICC meetings are open to the public and are announced on this webpage. Meetings include a period of public comment on the agenda. Public Comments and requests for council action may be made in person during that time and should be limited to 5 minutes.
